Cuba – from where I stand
I’ve always had Cuba at the top of my travel bucket list and in January 2016 our journey started with a 2hour flight, from Antigua, on a small 12 seater plane to Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic with a direct connection onto Havana.
In two weeks, with my husband and 18 month old in tow, we hired American Classic cars and Russian Lardas to drive us from Havana to Playa Larga, to Cienfuegos , to Trinidad, to Santa Clara, to Cayo Santa Maria and back to Havana. Roughly 900 miles.
Cuba reminded me how much I love photography and it was the first time since having Levi I felt alive behind the camera.
